Holy Cross Church, built in 1972, is one of seven Catholic churches in Fairfield overseen by the Bridgeport Roman Catholic Diocese.
The church's Mass schedule is 9 a.m. Monday through Saturday, with an additional Mass at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, and 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sunday. Confessions are held on Saturdays from 3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
The church, located across Morehouse Highway from Lake Mohegan, holds an annual Grape Harvest Buffet Dinner & Polka Dance and its administrator is Fr. Alfred F. Pecaric.
